German Winter Thyme

The standard  winter-hardy thyme. A good flavor and classic culinary and ornamental herb. Has a great use on potatoes and salads.

Common Sage

A stapme of the herb garden.  Dusty, green leaves are used in dressings, sauces, salted herbs and tea.

Rosemary

Rosemary is used as a seasoning in a variety of dishes, such as soups, casseroles, salads, and stews. It is a great seasoning for your favorite protein. It also goes well with grains, mushrooms, onions, peas, potatoes, and spinach. 


Mushrooms

Shiitake

Shiitakes are rich in polysaccharides like lentinans and other beta-glucans. These compounds protect against cell damage, help your immune system, and boost white blood cell production for fighting off microbes. Polysaccharides also have anti-inflammatory properties. 

Pink Oyster

 Oyster mushrooms also contain a plethora of valuable constituents, like proteins, amino acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. They are rich in vitamin B and vitamin D. Iron and potassium are also present in these mushrooms. A test-tube study conducted with oyster mushrooms showed that they helped reduce the secretion of inflammation markers throughout the body. Blue Oyster

It has a delicious tender, meaty texture with the perfect amount of chew. Thyme is known as an herb normally used in cooking, however thyme was used by Hildegard of Bingen for nerve disorders, comfort the stomach by reducing intestinal gas.

 

Dandelion was valued as a remedy in India for the liver. It is also been used for swelling, water retention. Dandelion is known to stimulate bile flow and has a mild diuretic effect.
